At Phrack Inc. we ship all of our orders by USPS Media Mail.   This service takes from 3-21 days on average according to the USPS.  If you would like something shipped by another method please contact us at and we will let you know if it is possible to ship your item by a different method.

Orders are not automatically insured and we are not responsible for delivery made by the US Post Office.  If you would like to purchase insurance for an order please let us know by emailing customer service and we will gladly give you the details on how you can do this.   

The insurance is from the USPS and subject to all of their rules and restrictions.  It usually covers any lost or damaged merchandise.  For the USPS insured mail details go to: http://www.usps.com/insurance/welcome.htm
